About us
For more than two decades Amanda Court Ltd has specialised in offering a unique service to investors in property, developing a wide range of services to meet the demands of an ever changing market.
Our interior design and home staging services are overseen by Amanda Court. She has many years experience in the property market. After graduating, she worked for property companies in both the UK and Italy, before launching Amanda Court Ltd in 1988. Amanda's strengths lie in her market sensitivity, down to earth approach and the ability to deliver beautiful yet practical projects.
Amanda is also passionate about travel and has drawn inspiration from many diverse influences from overseas, ranging from Italy, where she spends part of the year in her Tuscan farmhouse, to Morroco and India where she has travelled extensively.
Our refurbishment service is managed by Ruben Falconer who also has more than twenty years experience in hands on project management and is fully qualified in construction management. His unique blend of hard work, passion for his projects and approachable personality has helped us to ensure that our works run smoothly, efficiently and with as little disruption to clients as possible.
Together they developed and manage the furniture rental service which has proved to be a huge success over the last eight years.
They are currently in the process of launching the Amanda Court shop which will offer for sale a selection of ex-showhome pieces at greatly discounted prices and a selection of hand picked one-off vintage items gathered from around the world.
The rest of our team is made up of fully qualified craftsmen, all with a minimum of fifteen years experience in their chosen fields, all of whom take immense pride in their work.
We also collaborate closely with "Patrick of London", a full service design agency specialising in soft furnishings, graphic design and interactive design.
In addition, we have a superb administration team, headed by Dinah, all of whom are extremely professional and happy to assist with any queries.
